fa مسئولیت اجتماعی و گزارشگری آن در شرکت‌های دارویی: با تاکید بر اقدام‌های مسئولیت‌پذیرانه مرتبط با ویروس کرونا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی گزارشگری اقدام‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‌های دارویی در مواجهه با ویروس کرونا انجام شده است، بدین‌منظور با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا طی بازه زمانی اسفند 1398 الی مهر 1400به بررسی گزارش‌های شرکت‌های دارویی در این زمینه پرداخته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 38 شرکت دارویی پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌باشد که با پالایش جامعه مذکور با استفاده از روش حذفی سیستماتیک، تعداد 29 شرکت انتخاب شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد گزارشگری اقدام‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‌های دارویی در مواجهه با ویروس کرونا بر افشای اقدام‌های مرتبط با بعد کارکنان متمرکز بوده است. همچنین بیشتر گزارش‌های منتشرشده در این زمینه به‌صورت گذشته‌نگر، با محتوای کیفی، به‌صورت متنی و از طریق سامانه کدال انجام شده است. نتایج آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش نیز اگرچه حاکی از نبود تفاوت معنادار بین افشای اطلاعات ابعاد مختلف اقدام‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‌های دارویی (ابعاد جامعه، کارکنان و اقتصادی) در مواجهه با ویروس کرونا است اما، تفاوت معناداری در افشای اطلاعات مذکور بین افق‌های زمانی مختلف، بین معیارهای اندازه‌گیری متفاوت، بین نحوه افشای مختلف و بین محل افشای مختلف وجود دارد. نتایج پژوهش می‌تواند به نهادهای نظارتی در زمینه شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت موجود در گزارشگری اقدام‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‌های دارویی در مواجهه با ویروس کرونا یاری رساند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">This research was conducted with aim of investigating social responsibility reporting of pharmaceutical companies in the face of the Coronavirus. For this purpose pharmaceutical companies reports in this field was investigated from February 2020 to September 2021 by using content analysis method. Research statistical socity included 38 pharmaceutical companies that listed in Tehran stock exchange (TSE) wich of them 29 companies was selected by using systematic elimination method as final sampel. Research result indicated that pharmaceutical companies were focus on reporting of social responsibility actions in the face of the Coronavirus in related to employees dimension. In addition, most of reports were conducted on retrospective, qualitative and textual based. Result of hypotheses test showed that there is not statistically significant difference between disclosure of different dimension (society, employees and economical) of pharmaceutical companies social responsibility actions in the face of the Coronavirus. But, there are statistically significant differences in disclosure of those information from viewpoint of different time horizons, different measurement criteria, different ways and places of disclosure.
